At Wildflower Schoolhouse, K–4 students learn, grow, and have a blast together in a multi-age classroom—just like the classic one-room schoolhouse. We're a unique elementary school where faith, friendship, and hands-on learning take center stage. Older kids encourage the younger ones, everyone supports each other, and growing in Christ is part of the daily adventure. It’s a place where learning thrives, creativity shines, and faith deepens—all while making new friends and new memories!

We blend faith, learning, and creativity into a fun educational experience. Our faith-based programming encourages children to grow in their love for God and others while exploring academics through hands-on, engaging activities. With emphasis on literacy, math, creative arts, and active play, we nurture both hearts and minds in a joyful, Christ-centered environment.

Plus, our four-day school week means families can enjoy Fridays off—perfect for extra family time, rest, or enrichment opportunities. At Wildflower Schoolhouse, we make learning meaningful, faith-filled, and fun!

Literacy & Math – Building strong reading, writing, and number skills through engaging, hands-on activities.
Creative Arts – Exploring faith through Bible-inspired crafts, music, and imaginative expression.
Gym & Fitness – Developing coordination, teamwork, and confidence through active play.
Writing & Storytelling – Encouraging young voices to express ideas, creativity, and faith through stories and writing.
Faith-Filled Learning – Exploring English, Science, and Social Studies through a biblical perspective, connecting faith with the world around us.
Problem-Solving – Strengthening critical thinking and collaboration with games, puzzles, and real-world challenges.
Prayer & Bible Time – Growing in faith with interactive Bible lessons, songs, and discussions.

Youth programming at Wildflower Schoolhouse offers families in mid-Michigan an opportunity to expand learning and social connections in an environment that is faith-based, cooperative, and supportive. Our dedicated staff is highly qualified, bringing years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for nurturing young hearts and minds. Since 2019, Wildflower Schoolhouse has offered a variety of youth programs including a popular summer day camp, homeschool program, and faith-based youth group.
